John T. Mello, DC
Hi, I'm Dr. Dawn! I just want to introduce myself and let you know a little bit about me. I grew up in Oak Brook, IL (a suburb of Chicago) and attended Hinsdale Central High School. I began my collegiate education in 1996 at the University of Iowa with a major in Biology, while fulfilling all of my pre-medicine requirements. In addition to being a student at Iowa, I also played varsity women's volleyball as a proud Hawkeye. Upon graduation from Iowa, I chose to continue my education at the National University of Health Sciences (NUHS) in Lombard, IL. There I received my B.S. in Biology and graduated in December of 2003 with my doctrate in the chiropractic profession. I am a strong believer in the importance alternative healthcare plays in living a healthy life, especially when combined with the technologies of mainstream medicine. At NUHS, we worked alongside MD's to bring to best possible care to our patients. I hope that if you are taking the time to read this, you are interested in receiving chiropractic care. It means you are also taking an interest in wanting to live a healthier lifestyle, while refusing to let pain dictate how you live your life. I encourage you to contact me if you have any questions about how chiropractic can help you! |
